2. Your full name and shipping address
3. The list of items you wish to purchase with quantities
First order minimum value: $3000
Repeat order minimum value: $5000
*stocking customers are those who display and sell our products in a retail environment or showroom.
Condition of Purchase
We keep a small stock of our products in house, however, most of our products are made upon order. All orders are sent to our production studio upon order completion. And therefore the order may not be amended. Orders are produced on a first in, first out basis, and therefore, new orders may not be added to after placement.
Minimum lead time
2-6 weeks, depending on the order and the deposit payment date.
All sales are final.
Payment Terms & Options
- Once we receive your inquiry we will send you an order form with the total cost of items and estimated shipping date.
- Once orders are confirmed you will receive a proforma invoice confirming your order.
- Payment is due when your order is placed. 100% deposit of total order is required to confirm your order and commence order production.
- We accept PayPal, bank transfers or cheques payments.
Shipping Options & Fees
We make every effort to ship your order as soon as possible, but due to the delicate nature of our products, additional measures are sometimes needed to ensure the safe delivery of items that are large and fragile.
Shipping fees are paid by the buyer and are determined on a case-by-case basis depending upon the weight of items and location being shipped to.
Please note that the buyer will be responsible for customs fees and any taxes.
All orders are shipped via Aramex, FedEx or DHL (who do you have an account with?) and incur an approx of 10% (TBC) packaging, shipping and handling charge. Most orders are shipped in 10-15 business days.
All Beirut base orders are shipped free of charge.
Returns, Cancellations & Special Orders
All sales are final.
All damage claims must be made within 48 hours of receipt. While we carefully protect and package our products, should damage occur, please email us firstname.lastname@example.org
image of the damaged product and we will send you our CLAIM FORM. Upon approval, we will send you a replacement and shipping paperwork to return the damaged product in our replacement container. Please keep in mind that most of the items are handcrafted. Variations & slight imperfections are to be expected and we believe this to be part of the charm & uniqueness of the handcrafted piece.
Shipping charges are NOT REFUNDABLE.
