Art Dubai

Rana Salam Studio was asked to step-in at a very late stage – only 8 weeks prior to opening of the first DDW – to curate an exhibition which illustrated Beirut’s design heritage from the previous seven decades. Alongside the role of curator, the studio also designed the vast display area - 1000 sqm - working with Beirut-based architects Ghaith&Jad on the structural elements - and on to which icons of the city’s design history were shown alongside large-scale graphics.
